There are very few people who like to run when they exercise. Whether you play sports or are just trying to get in shape, running is our least favorite part of the activity. Sadly running is one of the best ways to increase your cardio and burn those all important calories. What to Do
- Do not Start Running Full Out when Beginning- You will lose your breath and your desire to continue when you do this. Instead slowly increase your speed from a walk to a run until you find a pace that you are comfortable with.
